I am excited to share that Talent Management and Culture will be hosting the from July 27–30, 2026.
Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID) is a nationally recognized organization dedicated to preparing students for college, careers, and lifelong success by equipping educators with proven strategies that increase student achievement and expand opportunity. This event marks a significant milestone as ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ becomes the first institution in the Commonwealth of Virginia to host an AVID Summer Institute.
During the event, approximately 600 educators and educational leaders will visit our campus for professional learning, collaboration, and engagement, providing us with a unique opportunity to showcase the welcoming culture, innovation, and excellence that define Monarch Nation.
