  • Be within the final two years of training in an accredited General Surgery residency program.

The Vascular Surgery Fellowship participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), and all applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

Candidate Selection Process

Selection is based on multiple factors, including:

  • Demonstrated commitment to a career in vascular surgery
  • Three or more letters of recommendation
  • American Board of Surgery In-Training Examination (ABSITE) scores, including current scores available at the time of the interview
  • Interview performance

The fellowship seeks applicants who have demonstrated excellence throughout their surgical training and possess the professional characteristics necessary for success in vascular surgery.

Applicants with a strong interest in the program are encouraged to participate in vascular surgery electives and departmental visits to gain additional exposure to the program and faculty.

Additional Applicant Consideration
