The Board of Directors is a standing committee of the ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Board of Visitors.

The Board of Directors consists of 15 appointed members and 2 ex-officio members.

  • 2 non-legislative members appointed by the Governor
  • 1 non-legislative member appointed by the Speaker of the House
  • 1 non-legislative member appointed by the Senate Committee on Rules
  • 4 members appointed by ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Rector
  • 7 members appointed by EVMSF
  • 2 ex officio members -³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ President, Health Sciences EVP
